During an interview we go over your training and experience to better chart your knowledge and skills. We evaluate your expectations for a new job.

Are you eligible for the vacancy? Then it is time for an interview with the potential employer. We provide you with all the information you need, so you know what to expect.

Interview with the employer

It is up to you now, you are having an interview with the potential employer. After the interview we evaluate with you how things went and whether the position and the company meet your expectations. We provide you with the employer’s feedback as quickly as possible.

Contract proposal

We support you during the contract negotiations as well and discuss the options. This is when your new challenge can finally begin. We are always there for you even after the contract has been signed!
