During an intake interview, we have a more in-depth look at your organization, the position, and the expected profile. Based on this information we determine the relevant competences and create a function competence profile.

Search & advertising

In this phase we start with a focused search. Each vacancy is unique, depending on the organization, sector, function, and specific needs. We use this as the basis to determine the right recruitment strategy. We plublish vacancies on our website, job boards, and social media. We identify suitable candidates in our own data base, network, and external databases. An initial selection is performed via telephone screening.


Following the initial telephone selection, we proceed with a more thorough selection. We conduct a competence oriented interview to match the knowledge, experience, personality, and motivation of the candidate with the function competence profile. Competences can also be tested more extensively by means of a test or assessment center.

Follow-up & conclusion

We keep you informed of the state of affairs throughout the process. We always stay in touch with selected candidates. We provide guidance during the conclusion of the selection process by giving candidates correct feedback, and can assist you in preparing a salary proposal. We remain available to the candidate and the organization even after the contract has been signed.
