Recruiting process Managers


During an intake interview we have a more in-depth look at your organization, the position, and the expected profile. We use this information to determine the relevant competences and draw up a function competence profile. We consult you to create a specific roadmap and timeline.

Analysis and identification

Based on the intake, we analyse relevant segments of the labour market and identify suitable candidates. We compile a longlist which we evaluate with you.

Contact & screening

The identified candidate is contacted in a discrete and professional manner. During this contact, the expectations are evaluated and possible interest is assessed.


Interested candidates who meet the profile are invited to an extensive interview. We go through the details of the manager profile and assess his vision and managerial style. Relevant candidates are presented to you in a shortlist with CV and clear reporting.

Assessment center

An assessment center is conducted with the final candidates whereby all competences are evaluated and reported in a well-organized report.

Reporting & advice

The final report contains an overview of the final candidate’s/candidates’ competences and clear advice. This advice is submitted to you in person.

Concluding the selection process

We guide you in the conclusion of the selection process; providing candidates with correct feedback, or assistance with a financial proposal. We are available to the candidate and the organization even after the contract has been signed.
