Role description

-You will be responsible for providing technical support to staff and resolving more complex IT issues referred by the 1st Line Support Engineer.
-The issues that will come to you have to do with mails, laptops, PCs, Macs, servers and internally used software.
-You will analyze, diagnose and resolve complex IT issues.
-You will also collaborate on projects.
-You will work closely with the various departments to ensure that all systems and applications continue to run smoothly, especially during events.
-You detect common questions and problems and communicate them to your team lead.

Profile description

-You have a Bachelor’s degree in IT and initial work experience.
-You have knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
-You have experience with network management and ticketing and support systems.
-You have excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
-You have a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
-Flexibility and stress resistance, especially during peak periods.
