Role description

As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the CRM system, specifically HubSpot. In this role, you will work closely with various teams including sales, marketing and customer service. More specifically, your duties will be:
– Managing and maintaining the CRM system;
– Setting up workflows, dashboards, and reports;
– Analyzing data to understand customer behavior and trends, and using these insights to develop strategies;
– Identify improvement opportunities in the system and implement automated processes with the goal of improving efficiency;
– Train new employees in the use of the CRM system and provide support as needed.
