Role description

– You will visit prospects or existing customers on a daily basis and speak with various stakeholders: HR, IT, business managers, buyers, production managers and C-level managers.
– You will conduct various interviews with these individuals such as: an intake interview, demo interview, proposal meeting, etc.
– It is your responsibility to properly follow up on each sales call and you schedule follow-up calls.
– You don’t shy away from administration, and you make offers that demonstrate why their solution is a worthwhile investment. All desired information is kept well in the CRM system.
– You maintain regular contact with existing customers so that you can discuss how they can work even more efficiently with their software.
– You actively provide input to colleagues to generate leads, improve software, increase expertise or pursue new opportunities.

Profile description

– You have 2-3 years of experience in a (software) sales role.
– You speak excellent Dutch and English.
– You have a winner’s mentality and see goals as interesting challenges to achieve.
– You are good at listening to customer needs and know how to enthuse people.
– You are interested in the product you are selling. You understand business processes and advise how your prospect or customer can improve in them. You then demonstrate this clearly with a focused demo.
– You achieve tangible results and focus on valuable tasks. You will do this primarily proactively as well as independently.
– You are always looking for new opportunities. You are fascinated by new developments, inside or outside the company.
– You see unexpected obstacles as opportunities to illustrate your ingenuity and persevere until you achieve your goals.
