Role description

– Actively manage contract administration, working with the legal department for reconciliation, signing and filing.
– Systematically inventory and monitor procurement processes to ensure compliance.
– Thorough analysis of procurement needs in close cooperation with internal customers, resulting in the preparation of functional specifications.
– Initiate specifications and conduct in-depth analysis of supplier markets.
– Prepare requests for proposals through tender procedures (RFP) and conduct effective negotiations with suppliers.
– Carefully select preferred suppliers and successfully conclude (framework) contracts.
– Proactively follow up on vendor complaints and continuously monitor and evaluate performance.
– Ongoing benchmarking of ongoing framework agreements, with suggestions for optimizations.
– Maintain relationships with internal customers.
– Systematic reporting of procurement performance.

Profile description

– Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a service-oriented environment.
– Technical and commercial knowledge in purchasing goods and services.
– Strong negotiation skills and a commercial attitude.
– Communicative strong, both in Dutch and French.
– Analytical, proactive and planned.
– Excellent knowledge of Excel.
