All-round Field Support Engineer – East Flanders

As an All-round IT Administrator, you will be part of the local IT Team of about three people. You will be responsible for managing the IT landscape in Belgium. You will mainly be present at the Drongen location, but will also be responsible for the other locations (Roeselare, Grobbendonk, and sporadically in Wallonia).
More specifically, your responsibilities will be:
– Solving IT problems that the central help desk doesn’t get resolved. This can involve both applications and infrastructure, as well as end users in the office or factories.
– You will ensure receipt, registration and delivery of new hardware and software.
– Monitor the IT infrastructure and seek optimizations for proper operation in consultation with headquarters;
– Co-follow up and assist with IT projects, such as two moves scheduled next year, further implementation of SAP, etc;

– You have at least initial experience as a Support Engineer;
– You have knowledge/experience within Windows, 0365, TopDesk,
– You can express yourself fluently in both Dutch and English, and preferably also French;
– You have a great sense of responsibility and a hands-on mentality;
– You have an affinity for IT projects;
