Business Process Analyst

This also translates into a state-of-the-art IT department with some 150 driven employees. Consequently, their corporate culture encourages participation and an entrepreneurial mindset. The headquarters recently received a complete makeover and is located in Antwerp. For them, we are looking for an experienced Business Process Analyst
Role description
You will be part of a motivated project team of analysts, testers, developers and a project lead. They are currently in the midst of analyzing core banking processes so they can start optimizing them.
– You engage with the business to draw out the processes together;
– You ask critical questions and find out what functionalities end-user processes should include;
– You work out the business requirements so that the technical team can continue to work with them;
– You make your own improvement proposals and think along with the business to arrive at the best solution
Profile description
– You preferably possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree;
– You have a strong business background;
– Experience in BPMN is a big plus;
– You are critical and like to think conceptually about processes;
– You can easily speak to both technical and non-technical people;
– You have a “team-first” mentality
