Role description
As the Candidate Journey Coordinator, you are the right hand of the Product Owner. Thanks to your advice, analysis and preparation of meetings and projects, the candidate portal can be greatly improved and developed. In doing so, you describe functional specifications and enrich them with screen designs. With your eye for detail, business processes are further optimized.
Profile description
-You hold a master’s degree or have experience in the industry
-You have knowledge of analytics and UX design
-Experience with HR processes is an added advantage
-You have good analytical skills and strong coordination skills
-You are a fluent communicator and thus easily build an internal network
