As a Configuration Engineer, you have a crucial role and focus on configuring and implementing the software solutions at customers’ sites. You will be part of the Solution Delivery Team and define customer requirements, design system configurations and execute efficient implementation strategies. More specifically, the following tasks are part of your job responsibilities:
– Together with the business analyst, you engage with the customer and try to find out the customer’s needs;
– Create designs, proof-of-concepts and workflow diagrams to meet specific customer needs;
– Configuring the software solution at the customer’s site;
– Testing of configured systems to ensure reliability, performance and compliance with customer requirements;
– Develop detailed documentation of system configurations and provide demonstrations to customers.
– You have a bachelor’s degree in a technical field;
– Knowledge of simple programming concepts such as queries and expressions;
– You have experience configuring complex enterprise-level SaaS solutions;
– You speak fluent Dutch and English;
– You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate customer requirements into usable system configurations;
– You are communicatively strong and able to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
