Functional Analyst – Ghent

As an Analyst, you will be part of the Core Team. In doing so, you will dive into the platform daily and see where improvements can be made.
You will receive information, comments or requirements from the Product Owners, which you will actively work with. Your main direct colleagues are testers, analysts and developers.

– You will work closely with development to add updates or new features to the platform;
– For novelties, you take care of the preparation of documentations;
– You translate non-technical business needs into a technical plan so that development can get started;
– You are the mentor of the team and ensure the right priorities;
– You will process customer feedback and see if things need to be adjusted in the core of the platform.

– You have several years of experience in a similar analytical position;
– You are flexible and can work in an Agile environment;
– You get energy from translating business requirements into a functional plan;
– You are communicative and talk easily with business and technical people;
– You are results-oriented, take initiative and enjoy working in a team;
– You have a “getting things done” mentality;
– You speak excellent Dutch & English.
