ICT Business Analyst with background in Logistics

In this position, the ICT Business Analyst will be jointly responsible for performing corrective optimizations with the goal of further stabilizing the application landscape.

It will also focus on the further integration of applications within the landscape, combined with the rollout of both a new ERP and TMS.

Key Responsibilities:

– Aligning business and IT;
– Identify business requirements and develop a proper plan of action using in-depth analysis;
– Perform and interpret analyses, with a view to improving processes thereby taking end-user experience to the next level;
– Create conceptual and factual data models and support the technical teams in making the translation;
– Create target mappings and design functional solutions;
– Prepare, execute and report test scripts and their results;
– Collaborate with stakeholders to develop objective at both business and technical levels.

– You can look back on solid experience in a similar field (IT and/or Logistics, Business/Functional analysis,…);
– You preferably have experience in supporting various applications within an international context. Ideally, you have experience with reporting lines at both the local and group level;
– You have a general experience with both ERP and WMS systems;
– You have experience with SQL and are able to write basic queries;
– You have a strong interest in business processes, technology and international environments;
– You are known within environments with significant scope in terms of support.
– You are diplomatic and able to inspire confidence;
– You are fluent in the English language.
