Our client is a service provider focused on accounting, auditing, tax consulting and business consulting. They are part of an international network, which means they can provide expertise and support worldwide. For their various offices, they are looking for an IT Support Engineer.
-As an IT Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for colleagues regarding IT-related questions or problems.
-You solve 1st & 2nd line problems.
-You will be responsible for providing prompt and efficient support to ensure operational continuity of systems and processes.
-You will diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network problems.
-You will ensure smooth on- & off-boarding of colleagues.
-You will collaborate on IT projects.
-For more complex problems you can fall back on the system engineers.
-You will become a permanent point of contact for one or more offices. So occasionally you will go on location.
-You work proactively to improve internal processes.
-You have completed an IT degree or are equivalent through experience.
-You have knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS and networking.
-You have excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
-You have an excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English languages.
-Furthermore, you are problem-solving, flexible and eager to learn.
