MODERN WORKPLACE ANALYST/PM – ANTWERP CENTER

As a Modern Workplace Analyst/PM, you will find yourself at the heart of the IT department (45 internal staff and ditto external staff) within the organization. You will report directly to the Infra & Operations Manager. In your role, you will work closely with all other IT teams as well as maintain close contacts with the various business units and the management team.

You will work within a dynamic and flexible environment. The context of your role is to optimize the entire Microsoft M365 landscape with 3000 users within the organization. The objective is to build an efficient, digital work environment that meets the needs of employees, thus contributing to a competitive advantage for the organization.

Your responsibilities are:

– Plotting and building out the entire vision, strategy and roadmap regarding the M365 portfolio in a strategic manner within the organization;
– You act as an expert in the field, stay abreast of trends and novelties within your field and know how to translate these into opportunities within the organization;
– You cap the requirements of the business regarding a modern workplace and translate them into a realistic analysis and proof of concept;
– You will ensure the correct functional estimates and configuration of the various sub-areas within the M365 stack;
– You will work out high level documentation and give demos and workshops to key stakeholders within the organization;
– In time (KT) you will manage a team of 2-3 technical profiles within M365.

– You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT with several years of relevant experience;
– You can look back on experience within a technical M365 role or a similar more strategic role;
– You have strong analytical skills;
– You have the necessary persuasiveness to get stakeholders on board with your story;
– You are communicative, enjoy working with and for people, take initiative and act proactively.
