Our client, with offices in Antwerp, is one of the largest petroleum processing companies in the world. Due to continuous digitization and innovation within this company, they are looking for a driven Project Manager to join their team. You will work primarily from their office in Antwerp, but an attractive work-from-home policy is provided.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for large and smaller projects of the organization. You will evaluate the planning and scope for various projects and you will compile the business cases in close consultation with the business owner.
Some of your main duties include:
– Risk analysis and management, budget and monitor budgets and report on potential issues.
– You will work closely with the various business teams and IT.
– You will assume a coaching role for members of the project team.
– For the work flows within the project, you provide leadership to the team. You are responsible for the project activities and you evaluate the results.
– Interact with internal and external partners and customers from a natural flow, achieving excellent stakeholder management.
– You hold a Master’s degree and have at least 4 years of experience.
– You have experience with strategic projects, in a retail or similar environment.
– You are fascinated by digital technologies and transformations.
– Experience with Prince2, Agile or Scrum is highly desirable!
– You have a helicopter view to detail planning.
– You can manage and challenge technical suppliers.
– Affinity and experience with roadmaps for digital transformation is a big plus.
– You are communicative, commercial, proactive, critical and analytical.
– You have a can-do mentality and a healthy ambition.
– You speak excellent Dutch & English.
