Senior IT Project Coordinator

The Senior IT Project Coordinator will be broadly deployed across all IT projects including further optimization and automation of new and custom developed web application used as ERP (based on Azure native and Java).

Responsibilities:

– Understand and capture user needs and translate them towards a clearly defined scope (deadlines, resource planning, subdivision of tasks, follow-ups, budget controls, etc.);
– Set up new systems and coordinate commissioning to colleagues;
– Follow up on the quality of the solutions provided, with the objective of a system that ensures the strategy and vision of the organization;
– Act as a bridge between own staff (key users, business partners and other stakeholders);
– Identify and manage potential risks that impact to project execution;
– Develop improvement proposals with determined impact on the ins and outs of current applications within the domain;
– Provided training sessions and demos to end users;
– Initiate new projects at the IT level and take responsibility for assigned

– You have a degree in a relevant field of study or are equivalent through experience;
– Ideally, you look back on a first experience within project management and/or business analysis;
– You have a good understanding of business processes and are attracted to the maritime sector;
– You speak fluent Dutch and English is also not an issue for you;
– You have a hands-on mentality and are able to persuade people;
– You are flexible by nature.
