– You carry responsibility from A to Z when it comes to your own client portfolio. You will build these out and get some interesting accounts to get started.
– You will be responsible for recruiting & selecting experts within an IT & digital context.
– From your position, you will operationally support your clients in the recruitment process. You act as a consultant.
– You will work with candidates in a connecting way, building your own talent pool.
– You will work with colleagues to execute complex selection assignments.

– You already have relevant work experience.
– You have a higher education.
– You are people-oriented, communicative and commercial.
