System Engineer

– As IT System Engineer, you are the contact person for internal users regarding 2nd & 3rd line support. You will provide support at various locations and thus will regularly support colleagues on site.
– You will be responsible for providing prompt and efficient support to ensure operational continuity of systems and processes.
– You participate in IT projects (further roll out Intune, implement AI, security, etc.).
– You work proactively to improve internal processes.

– You have completed an IT education or are equivalent through experience.
– You have knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure.
– You have a good general knowledge of networking and security.
– Knowledge of MS Graph, Citrix is a nice plus.
– In addition to your technical skills, you possess maturity and good communication skills.
– You have an excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English languages.
– Furthermore, you are problem-solving, flexible and eager to learn.
