Role description

Rapid evolutions require a different, more forward-looking way of approaching customers. This can range from how they make the products, customer experience and loyalty one, how digitalization and AI fits into that story, how to improve collaboration with internal stakeholders, etc. In your role, you will manage a team of 3-4 people, tackling questions and translating the business strategy into goals and actions.

Some of your main duties include:
-From your customer insight, you will think along in terms of content and efficiency, engage with customer feedback and redesign customer care.
-You will not lead a team of call agents, but will follow up with the external call center.
-You will develop procedures, processes and manage client relationships. Dynamic as you are, you are the facilitator of this vision throughout the organization.
-You will regularly visit the sites this way you will keep your finger on the pulse of the customer experience. You will coordinate improvement projects and develop a long-term strategy for Customer Care.
-In a second part, your team provides Sales Support, in the form of communications and actions on the sites, in close collaboration with Marketing.
-Finally, you obviously manage the budgets associated with these activities, and watch over the overall costs of the unmanned sites.

Profile description

-You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or are equivalent through experience.
-You have knowledge of customer service processes, preferably including sales, operations and/or marketing.
-An additional degree or training program in customer experience or customer service is a nice plus.
-A commercial and operational sales background is a plus.
-You are an excellent communicator and have the drive to motivate people.
-You are analytical and customer-oriented.
-You are a proactive thinker and open to new ideas.
-You speak Dutch, English and French.
