Identity Governance Specialist

As an Identity Governance Specialist at Randstad Group, you will be the lynchpin in the management and optimization of identity and access management (IAM) processes. You will work closely with local business stakeholders and global teams to ensure user processes are streamlined and all compliance requirements are meticulously followed.

Specifically, your role includes:

– Manage and optimize identity and access management (IAM) processes, constantly striving for improvement and efficiency.
– Working closely with local business stakeholders and global teams to ensure user processes are optimized and compliance requirements are met.
– Acting as the first point of contact for new and changing requirements within the organization, ensuring smooth processing and transparent communication.
– Reporting on services provided and level of quality achieved to stakeholders, with the aim of promoting effective collaboration and ensuring continuous improvement of processes.

– Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with experience in large(er) (service) companies or international groups.
– Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
– Experience with identity governance and administration, including knowledge of access control models.
– A growth mindset and ability to facilitate an open feedback culture.
– Strong analytical skills and ability to continuously improve processes.
– Willingness to collaborate with local and global teams, as well as various stakeholders within the organization.
