Our consultants are not intermediaries, but committed partners. They contribute ideas, challenge where necessary, and communicate transparently – from initial contact through to onboarding. We only introduce candidates we would hire ourselves: carefully screened, strong in their field, and a good fit on a personal level.
Based on the initial consultation, we create a role and candidate profile that aligns with your specific organisation and expectations. We use this to identify and contact the right candidates. To this end, we have an extensive network and database of promising candidates. We also use high-performance tools to take the right actions quickly.
Interested candidates are invited for an in-depth interview. During this, we gather relevant information on technical competencies, soft skills, motivation and salary expectations. We match this information with your expectations. By doing so, we only present candidates who are properly informed, screened and motivated. You will receive a clear report and explanations. If desired, we can support you with an additional assessment centre so that you have further information to make the right choice.
As soon as you wish to invite a candidate for an interview, we will provide the necessary support and feedback. We assist you with the time-consuming and complex coordination of the selection process.
Even after the right candidate has been recruited, we continue to monitor their first few months in the role. We remain available to answer any questions or provide additional support where necessary.
