DevOps Engineer

Our client is a thriving and growing fintech company based in Leuven. They have
built a solid reputation in developing cloud-based solutions for the financial sector.
This in combination with an important number of machine learning assignments at
home and abroad. To support this growth, they are looking for an enthusiastic DevOps
engineer to join their team.
Functie omschrijving
• You are responsible for the day-to-day management and further development of
• the RiskConcile (AWS) cloud platform.
• On this SaaS platform you help developers deploy their applications.
• You design the system architecture and adapt it where necessary.
• You are responsible for the reliability and scalability of our applications.
• You help with all aspects of cyber security
AWS Tools they currently use:
• Elastic beanstalk, ECR/ Docker, CodePipeline, CodeBuild, Load Balancers, Auto scaling, Serverless/ Lambda, DynamoDb, RDS (Postgres), KMS, CloudFormation, Sagemaker, Route 53
• Applications: Django via Gunicorn, Nginx, Jupyter notebooks, Airflow,FTP Servers, Windows server, Datadog, Grafana
Profiel omschrijving
• You are fluent in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is definitely an extra asset!
• You have at least 1 year’s experience in a similar position.
• You have a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in an IT-related subject.
• You are interested in IT and therefore aware of the latest developments regarding DevOps and Cloud.
• You have preferably obtained like AWS certifications. Should this not be the case, you are open to this.
• Being familiar with Python is an added bonus!
