Role description

As IT Support Analyst, you are the primary IT contact for the Brussels office. You ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations and high-quality user support in close collaboration with regional and central IT teams.

Your key responsibilities include

On-site IT Support:
– Act as first point of contact for all IT-related questions and incidents
– Provide 1st line and limited 2nd line support
Support Microsoft environments (Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, user & device management)
– Assist with business and legal applications used within the organisation

Workplace & Infrastructure Support (execution-focused):
– Set up and maintain workstations and user equipment
– Support meeting rooms, Teams Rooms, AV setups and connectivity issues
– Perform basic hardware interventions and local troubleshooting
– Manage IT equipment stock (laptops, phones, peripherals)

Service Delivery & Escalation:
– Escalate complex issues to regional/international IT teams
– Support implementation of centrally defined IT changes, updates and rollouts
– Follow ITIL-based processes and service standards
– Contribute to basic documentation and user guidance

User Support & Proactive Role:

– Provide a visible, approachable IT presence in the office
– Support and guide users in daily IT usage and tools
– Anticipate recurring issues and propose practical improvements
– Support internal training on IT tools and meeting room technologies

Profile description

We are looking for a hands-on IT support professional with a strong service mindset and the ability to operate in a structured international environment.

Technical skills & experience:

– 4–6 years of experience in IT support or service desk roles
– Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments (Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory)
– Experience with user and device management
– Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Intune and ServiceNow is a plus

Soft skills:

– Strong customer and service orientation
– Calm, patient and professional in user-facing situations
– Clear communicator, able to bridge technical and non-technical users
– Proactive, solution-oriented and practical mindset
– Comfortable working within global IT standards and processes
– Interest in new technologies and digital tools (including AI) is a plus

Languages:

– English: required
– French and/or Dutch: strongly preferred
